Ahhhh...

Why San Francisco is one of my favorite cities if not my favorite city in all of America. I've lived in NYC and LA and traveled to many cities around the nation, Seattle, Miami, Burlington, Boston to name a few and I never enjoyed where I've lived as much as I do while living in San Francisco.
I enjoyed living in Europe but I always felt that the language barrier made things harder than they needed to be. Granted I think I would have enjoyed living in Rome more if I ended living there for longer but honestly San Francisco has many if not all of the things that I enjoyed about European living without the language barrier hassle and the distance from my family.
Walking around the block to my favorite french cafe and sitting outdoors in the beautiful weather drinking a warm cappuccino makes me think I can't thnk of anything better!

I'm Coming Home

Seattle you brought the great fans, football, and firs I was quite
Impressed. Downtown Seattle reminded me of SF but with a little less intense hills and a little bit more water. Pikes place was very enjoyable. I was impressed with the quirky unique shops only a wannabe granola like me would enjoy. I was surprised to find homemade jewelry, clothing, and knickknacks at a stinky fish market! I also found great Korean BBQ too!

The gum wall was quite disgusting but fun to witness people chewing gum and then sticking it up on the wall and taking their picture with it like it was a fantastic masterpiece. I enjoyed the urban feel of the music posters of both popular and unheard of bands.

It was awesome to witness the thrill of the Seahawk fans take heir championship win and watch their team head to the Super Bowl. Go get 'em Hawks!

But honestly I'm ready to go back home. Sleep in my own bed. Get back into
My daily routine and be in the warmer weather. Though after my trip to NY and then Seattle I've had the urge to become more athletic. After eating so much for the holidays and then watchingy sister eat fast food meals three times a day my body is craving more excersize and healthy snacks. I'm reading to walk everywhere again, and I'm going to start swimming and go to the gym. In fact I'm going to keep a record of it and include my daily excersize adventures into my travel blog here. See you soon SF!!

Goodbye East Coast!

From Brooklyn to Butlington to Boston I feel like I've had my fair share of cold weather and snow, thanks now I'm ready for warmth.

It was good to go home and see old friend and families that I've missed but I'm ready to go back to San Francisco. But first a little quick trip to Seattle. Here I come!!
